上週，中國一家化學公司的行銷主管陳依依因試圖從中國走私 3 噸芬太尼到美國而被判處 15 年有期徒刑。

在量刑聽證會上，陳的辯護律師程少明辯稱，中國近代以來遭到「西方列強和日本」的侵略，一些中國商人因此對外國人產生了怨恨心理（所以他們有理由用芬太尼殺害美國人？）。

美國從未侵略中國，從未侵占中國一寸土地。事實上，二戰期間美國還幫助中國打敗了日本。那個中國律師的執照應該要吊銷！

Last week, a Chinese chemical company’s marketing executive, Yiyi Chen, was sentenced 15 years for her crime of attempting to smuggle 3 tons of fentanyl from China to the U.S..

During the sentencing hearing, Chen’s lawyer, Shaoming Cheng, argued that China was invaded by "Western powers and Japan" in modern times, and some Chinese businessmen have therefore developed resentment towards foreigners (therefore they have a reason to use fentanyl to kill Americans?).

America NEVER invaded China, has not taken one inch of land from China. In fact, during WWII America helped China to defeat Japan. That Chinese lawyer’s license needs to be revoked!
